접수 기간: 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 요청 가능

1. 반품이 가능한 경우:
- 상품 불량, 오배송 등 판매자 귀책 사유
- 미사용, 원포장 상태 유지 시

2. 반품이 불가능한 경우
- 사용 흔적이 있는 경우
- 제품 또는 포장이 훼손된 경우

3. 반품/교환배송비
- 고객 귀책 사유로 인한 반품 시 왕복 배송비는 고객 부담으로 처리되며, 환불 금액에서 차감 후 환불됩니다.
- 당사 귀책 사유로 인한 반품 시 왕복 배송비는 당사가 부담하며 전액 환불 처리됩니다.
- 반품 시 제품 상태 확인 후 최종 환불 금액 및 배송비 처리 여부를 안내드립니다.

4. 처리 기간
반품 상품 수령 후 최대 7~14일 영업일 이내 환불 또는 교환 완료 (국가 및 배송사에 따라 차이 날 수 있음)

Return Request Period
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. Eligible Returns:

• Returns due to product defects or incorrect shipments (seller’s fault)

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging

2. Ineligible Returns:

• Products that show signs of use

• Products or packaging that are damaged or not in original condition

3. Return/Exchange Shipping Fees:

• If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If the return is due to our fault (e.g. defective or incorrect product), we will cover the round-trip shipping fee and provide a full refund.

• The final refund amount and shipping fee responsibility will be confirmed after product inspection upon return.

4. Processing Time:
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned product. (Processing time may vary depending on the country and shipping carrier.)
