본 쇼핑몰(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 이용자의 권익 보호를 위해 아래와 같은 서비스 약관을 운영합니다.

제2조 (서비스 이용)

  1. 회사는 이용자에게 상품 및 서비스 정보를 제공하며, 이용자는 이를 통해 상품 구매 신청을 할 수 있습니다.

  2. 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 본 서비스를 성실히 제공합니다.

제3조 (주문 및 결제)

  1. 이용자는 상품 구매 시 제공된 결제수단을 이용하여 결제합니다.

  2. 회사는 이용자의 결제 완료 후 상품을 배송합니다.

제4조 (배송)

  1. 국내 배송은 무료로 제공됩니다.

  2. 해외 배송은 배송비가 별도로 부과됩니다.

  3. 해외 주문의 경우, 관세 및 세금은 배송지 국가의 정책에 따라 수령인이 부담할 수 있습니다 (DDU 조건). 회사는 해당 비용에 대해 사전 안내합니다.

제5조 (환불 및 반품)

  1. 환불 및 반품은 회사의 반품 및 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

  2. 제품 수령 후 7일 이내 반품 요청이 가능하며, 상세 내용은 '반품 및 환불 정책' 페이지를 참조하시기 바랍니다.

제6조 (지적재산권)
사이트에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠(이미지, 텍스트 등)의 저작권은 회사 또는 해당 콘텐츠 제공자에게 있습니다. 무단 복제 및 사용을 금지합니다.

제7조 (면책사항)

  1. 회사는 불가항력적 사유(천재지변, 국제배송 지연 등)로 인한 배송 지연 및 서비스 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

  2. 해외 배송 시 수입 관련 법령에 따른 문제는 구매자의 책임입니다.

제8조 (약관의 개정)
회사는 관련 법령 변경 또는 서비스 개선 필요 시 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 홈페이지 공지사항 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 공지합니다.

본 약관은 2025년 6월 10일부터 적용됩니다.

3. Orders and Payments
Users may purchase products using the available payment methods.
The Company will ship products after confirming the payment.

4. Shipping
Domestic shipping within Korea is free of charge.
International shipping fees will be charged separately.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery according to the destination country’s policies (DDU terms). The Company provides advance notice regarding such charges.

5. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are subject to the Company’s Refund and Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (images, text, etc.) is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, international shipping delays, etc.).
For international shipping, import-related issues are the responsibility of the purchaser.
